Precautions
- Keep out of reach from children.
- Do not apply to areas of skin where you have other problems, such as eczema or psoriasis.
- Do not apply on genitalia, lips, eyelids, inside the nose or in the anal area.
- Refrain from scratching if itchiness occurs.
- Avoid tight clothing and inorganic material. Opt for 100% cotton.
- Exposure to sunlight should be minimized during and for 1 week post use as photosensitivity is a main side effect. SPF 30 or better during daytime hours is imperative.
- No advantage will be obtained by using more than the recommended amount during application. Redness, over peeling, damage and discomfort may occur.
Note
For External use only. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight while on treatment. Spf30 or better is absolutely necessary during daytime hours. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.. Stop usage if allergic reactions occur.
Can I use the product on my face?
Yes! Be sure to apply spf 30 or better every two hours during the daytime during use and for two weeks after you have fully peeled and healed.
Is it safe to use?
Yes! A simple one step process.
We do not recommend this product for use on eczema, psoriasis, damaged or irritated skin, or on persons younger than 12 years of age.
Is it okay to take a wash or wet the area while applying SNAKE OIL?
No. No bathing, washing, swimming, or getting rained on!
Be sure to avoid rigorous exercise or any activity that may cause profuse perspiration.
Will the peeling be visible?
Yes the peeling will be very visible.
How long will the peeling last?
Peeling may last about 5-7 days (approximation only) peeling may vary depending on the user’s skin moisture content and possibly continue for 1-3 weeks depending on size of area being treated. Keep in mind that Cold weather could delay peeling a day or two. Patience is key.
Will this lighten my skin?
Possibly. It depends on how many dead skin layers your body has been hoarding! If you wish to improve your skin even further after 1st use, you may repeat the process no sooner than 7 DAYS after the skin has COMPLETELY HEALED.
Will this dramatically whiten my skin?
Your skin may appear visibly lighter on first use, however it will not dramatically lighten skin to the point of turning dark skin light. Several applications strictly following the aforementioned protocols will be needed before this can be achieved.
What should I do if my skin gets dry/itchy?
Just apply any natural non comedogenic oil, butter, or moisturizer free of cosmetic actives. HYDROCORTISONE CREAM is recommended when you feel itchy.
I have a brown/black skin tone; will it work on my skin?
Absolutely!
Will this remove old scars?
Yes! In the case where scars have developed a keloid we do not recommend use of this product.
